At EasyEra™, we stand behind the quality of our LED wall clocks. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Finalization Policy (No Change-of-Mind Cancellations)

All orders are processed immediately after purchase.

Because our LED clocks are prepared for fulfillment right away, we do not accept cancellations or refunds due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • “Already owning a similar product”

  • Personal preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.


30-Day Return Policy (After Delivery)

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase

  • Must not show signs of installation damage, misuse, or modification

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

If your LED clock arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Not functioning properly

  • Lost in transit

  • Incorrect item received

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Order number

We will evaluate the issue and provide either:

  • A replacement

  • A refund (if replacement is unavailable)

We reserve the right to deny claims that lack sufficient documentation.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of heart

  • Ordering the wrong size after purchase

  • Failure to read product specifications

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

  • Items damaged after installation

  • Items damaged due to incorrect voltage or misuse

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

If you would like a different item, you must:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)

  2. Once approved and received, place a new order

We do not process direct exchanges.


EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union:

Customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or denial

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post funds.


Chargebacks & Fraud

We actively monitor fraudulent activity and abusive refund behavior.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Order blacklist

  • Dispute evidence submission

  • Permanent purchasing restriction
