At EasyEra™, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays outside of our control may occasionally occur.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracked shipping.
Tracking details are sent via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. EasyEra™ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

Multiple Packages

In some cases, orders may ship in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. If this occurs, each package will have its own tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
